Terre del Dogado Wines
From the passion of the Sabbadin brothers for viticulture, partly passed down from their father and numerous farming relatives, Terre del Dogado was born—an enterprise specialized in the production of Venetian wines, particularly the most representative of the historic production areas, all originating from the heart of their respective appellations.
Terre del Dogado (that is, of the Duchy, of the Doge) is synonymous with Venetian Lands; those territories governed by the Serenissima Republic for over 1,000 years, from the 6th century to 1797, encompassing much of Veneto and neighboring lands.
It is precisely in these lands that the winery has its roots, with the aim of offering wines of great depth that, through their flavors and aromas, express to the fullest the potential of the territory and the grapes from which they are born, leaving a lasting impression on those who have the opportunity to taste them.
PHILOSOPHY
Producing Venetian wines characterized by extreme typicity, strong territorial identity, and above all great balance.
Terre del Dogado wines are intended to be the result of a joint effort between nature and humankind to produce a nectar that embodies the value of the growers’ commitment and dedication, combined with passion and love for their land.
This passion and dedication have reached us intact to this day and have been inherited by the Sabbadin brothers, who have succeeded in creating an ideal balance between tradition and modern technologies: it is through attention to small details and meticulous care at every stage of the winemaking and aging process that Terre del Dogado is able to offer unique wines, rich in memorable aromas and flavors.
